Foundney 隱私政策

歡迎使用 Foundney（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）。本服務由 Sento Chan（以下簡稱「我們」）開發與營運。我們高度重視您的隱私，並致力於保護您的個人資料。

一、 我們收集的資訊

  1. 第三方帳號登入： 支援 Google、Apple ID、Facebook 及 Discord 登入，收集電子郵件及公用個人檔案（姓名、頭像）。
  2. 使用者發佈內容 (UGC)： 包含您主動發佈的文字、照片、影片及留言。
  3. 精確位置資訊： 僅在取得您明確同意後，於發佈或搜尋啟事時收集 GPS 定位。我們不會在未經授權的情況下於背景追蹤您的位置。
  4. 技術數據： 設備型號、系統版本、唯一識別碼（如 IDFA/AAID）及 App 崩潰日誌。

二、 資訊的使用方式與第三方 SDK

  • 核心服務： 用於身份驗證、地圖顯示及用戶通訊。
  • 第三方工具： 整合 Google Firebase (數據儲存)、Google Maps SDK / Apple Maps (地圖服務)。使用本服務即代表您同時同意該第三方之服務條款。

三、 使用者生成內容 (UGC) 安全規範 (Apple 強制要求)

為確保社群安全，Foundney 針對使用者發佈內容設有嚴格管理機制：

  • 禁止內容： 嚴禁發佈騷擾、誹謗、歧視、色情、暴力或其他令人反感之內容。
  • 檢舉與封鎖： 我們在 App 內提供「檢舉」與「封鎖 (Block)」功能。用戶可隨時檢舉違規內容或封鎖特定用戶，使其內容不再顯示。
  • 審核機制： 針對被檢舉的內容，管理團隊將於 24 小時內進行審查，並對違規內容進行移除或對違規帳號採取停權措施。

四、 資料保留與刪除權

  • 便捷刪除： 根據 Apple 與 Google 規範，用戶可隨時透過 App 內「設定 > 帳號管理」直接申請刪除帳號與所有關聯資料。
  • 處理時效： 資料將於收到請求後 30 天內從伺服器完全抹除。

五、 資料安全保護

我們使用 SSL/TLS 加密技術確保傳輸安全，並儲存於加密雲端資料庫。我們不會接觸或儲存您的第三方平台密碼。

六、 未成年人保護與免責

  • 本服務不刻意收集 13 歲以下兒童之資訊。
  • Apple 免責聲明： 本平台之所有活動與報酬均由 Foundney 自行發起，與 Apple Inc. 無關。

Foundney Privacy Policy

Welcome to Foundney (hereinafter referred to as "this Application"). This service is developed and operated by Sento Chan (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). We highly value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

I. Information We Collect

  1. Third-Party Account Login: Supports Google, Apple ID, Facebook, and Discord login, collecting email and public profiles (name, avatar).
  2. User-Generated Content (UGC): Includes text, photos, videos, and comments actively published by you.
  3. Precise Location Information: GPS positioning is collected only when publishing or searching for notices, and only with your explicit consent. We will not track your location in the background without authorization.
  4. Technical Data: Device model, OS version, unique identifiers (e.g., IDFA/AAID), and App crash logs.

II. Use of Information and Third-Party SDKs

  • Core Services: Used for authentication, map display, and user communication.
  • Third-Party Tools: Integrates Google Firebase (data storage) and Google Maps SDK / Apple Maps (mapping services). Using our service implies your agreement to the respective third parties' terms of service.

III. User-Generated Content (UGC) Safety Guidelines (Apple Mandatory Requirement)

To ensure community safety, Foundney maintains strict management mechanisms for user-published content:

  • Prohibited Content: The publication of harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic, violent, or otherwise objectionable content is strictly forbidden.
  • Reporting and Blocking: We provide "Report" and "Block" functions within the App. Users can report violating content or block specific users at any time so their content is no longer displayed.
  • Review Mechanism: The management team will review reported content within 24 hours and either remove the violating content or suspend the violating account.

IV. Data Retention and Right to Deletion

  • Convenient Deletion: In accordance with Apple and Google guidelines, users may directly request the deletion of their account and all associated data at any time via "Settings > Account Management" within the App.
  • Processing Time: Data will be completely erased from the servers within 30 days of receiving the request.

V. Data Security and Protection

We use SSL/TLS encryption technology to ensure transmission security and store data in encrypted cloud databases. We will not access or store your third-party platform passwords.

VI. Protection of Minors and Disclaimers

  • This service does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
  • Apple Disclaimer: All activities and rewards on this platform are initiated solely by Foundney and are not associated with or sponsored by Apple Inc.
