本平台上任何關於「報酬」或「賞金」之承諾，純屬發佈者個人的自願行為。本平台不介入、不代收、亦不對任何形式的金錢交易、酬勞給付或潛在的詐騙行為承擔任何法律責任。相關糾紛請由當事人自行協商解決。
本應用程式整合了 Google Maps API 及 Firebase 等 Google 提供之服務。當您開始使用本服務時，即代表您同時同意並受 Google 服務條款 的約束。我們對第三方服務的穩定性或其隱私政策不承擔控制責任。

In the event of any discrepancy or dispute between this Chinese version of the Terms and its English translation, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
Foundney is an application platform that assists users in publishing lost and found items, missing pets, and missing persons notices. We are committed to providing a reliable channel for information exchange. However, this platform serves solely for information matching and does not guarantee any retrieval results or the absolute success rate of the information provided.
The content you publish must be true, accurate, and free from illegal, pornographic, violent, threatening, fraudulent, or privacy/intellectual property rights-infringing information. In case of any violation, Foundney reserves the right to remove your content or directly terminate your account usage rights without prior notice.
Without explicit written approval from Foundney, any form of commercial activity within this platform or App is strictly prohibited (including but not limited to advertising, product promotion, paid intermediary services, or other profit-oriented activities). If any violation is found, we reserve the right to pursue related legal liabilities and suspend your account.
Any promises regarding "rewards" or "bounties" on this platform are solely the voluntary acts of the publishers. This platform does not intervene in, collect on behalf of, or assume any legal liability for any form of monetary transactions, payment of remuneration, or potential fraudulent acts. Any related disputes shall be resolved through independent negotiation between the parties involved.
This application integrates services provided by Google, such as the Google Maps API and Firebase. By using our service, you agree to be bound simultaneously by the Google Terms of Service. We assume no control or responsibility for the stability of third-party services or their privacy policies.
